Hello and welcome!

Louise & I stumbled upon Kawal Rock by pure chance & fell instantly in love. Taken by the peace and serenity, we just knew it was something special - the way the old European vines met the harsh Australian bushland, the Rock keeping guard over the vineyard and those never ending country skies. And at the very heart of it was our vision to create a destination to bring people together and celebrate all. We had always had an interest in the distilling process, with a particular passion for botanical gins. We have loved learning as we go, creating our uniquely crafted wine-based spirits from grapes lovingly grown our own vines. Kawal Rock Distillery has been a labour of love and we are beyond excited to finally share our patch of paradise with you all.
